Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Volley MN account and associated data, you have two ways to do so. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
01Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is within the Volley MN mobile app: 1. Open the app and log in. 2. Go to the "Profile" screen (person icon). 3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account". 4. Confirm your choice. Your account and all associated personal data will be deleted immediately.
02Option 2: Email Request
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us at info@diaddress.mn. Please use the email address associated with your account and include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.
03Data Retention
Upon deletion, we remove all personal information including your name, email, and authentication records. Non-identifiable technical logs may be kept for a limited period to ensure system security, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
